Adan Strachan

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Thursday September 10th from 4-7 PM. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM. 

Adan Strachan passed away unexpectedly Thursday September 3, 2026 at home, he was 19 years old. Adan was born on September 29, 2006 to Heather (Clausi) Powell and Rodney Strachan.

A graduate at Kingston High School, Adan attended Ulster County Community College and was recently enjoying working at Markertek. He enjoyed jiujitsu and football especially the New England Patriots. He was physically fit and liked to hike and weight train. He was a big fan of Marvel and had recently started playing guitar.

Surviving are his parents and step parents Nicole Strachan and Ricki Powell, grandmother Elise Clausi siblings Ratisha, Rodney, Wayne, Sanja, Jahnasha, and Ava as well as uncles Vin, Gideon and Aiden Clausi as well as many aunts and uncles on his father's side.
