Arthur J. Heidcamp

A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Catherine Laboure Church in Lake Katrine on Wednesday at 11:00 AM.

Inurnment will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Arthur J. Heidcamp passed away on Thursday January 18, 2024. He was born on January 17, 1931 to the late John Heidcamp and Anna (Brandow) Heidcamp.

He was a Toll Collector on the New York State Thruway at Kingston Interchange until he retired in 1994. He was a 4-H leader with the Horse Program. He then was "Grandpa" to the students at Mt. Marion School.

He married Theresa Hatala on November 25, 1956 in Saint Mary's Church, Haverstraw, NY. She passed away May 1, 2001.

He is survived by his daughters Christine Wallace (Robert), Patricia Osborn. Grandsons Sean Wallace (Heather), Patrick Wallace, Benjamin Osborn, Jonathan Osborn. Two great-grandchildren Abbey and Gabe, Also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents, wife Theresa, son John Thomas, his sisters Virginia Dall and husband George, Pauline Mayr and husband Joseph. Brothers John (Jack) Heidcamp and Bernard Heidcamp and wife Shirley, son-in-law Rickie Osborn, five nephews and a niece.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ulster County 4-H or Ulster County Veterans.
