Barbara Catherine Struber

It is with deep sadness that we share the sudden passing of Barbara Catherine Struber on Friday, March 20,2026. She was 60 years old.

Barb was born on December 21,1965 in Kingston, NY to her loving parents, the late Karen (Lane) and Robert Pentz.  A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, Barbara graduated from Kingston High School.  She continued her education at Ulster County Community College where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Business.  She spent her career working at the Ulster Savings Bank in Kingston, NY as a Loan Administration Representative for more than 30 years.  In her free time, she enjoyed movies, game nights, and her lifelong friendships and all their conversations.  Barbara will be remembered for her smile and laughter.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Kristina Struber, of Saugerties, NY  and her son, Kyle Struber, also of Saugerties, NY. In addition, she is also survived by her grandson, Daniel Struber, of Kingston, NY.  She is also survived by her sister, Robin Pentz and sister-in-law, Peg Graham, of Saugerties, NY.
