BEVERLY ANN ROOSA 93

Formerly of Hurley, NY, Beverly died at The Meadows of Brookmeade, Rhinebeck, NY on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.  Born April 12, 1932 in Kingston, NY, daughter of the late Alva and Edna (Yerry) Roosa.

Beverly was a member of the KHS Class of 1950 where she sang in the choir and was a majorette with her twin sister Barbara.  A year later she married the love of her life, James P. Roosa.

Beverly was a long term member of the Hurley Reformed Church where she sang in the church choir, taught Sunday school, and joined both the Ladies Guild & Quilting Club.  She was also a 4-H leader & avid gardener. She will be most remembered as a loving wife & mother, and doting grandmother.

Surviving are three daughters; Debra Lamb and her husband James,  Port Ewen, NY, Donna Terwilliger and her husband John, Cedar Park, TX and Cindy Payman and her husband Rami of LaGrangeville, NY, nine grandchildren; James Lamb, Jr. (Kristin), Janice Lamb Tieri (Joseph), Craig Terwilliger (Lindsay), Kevin Terwilliger (Lauren), JP Roosa (Sarah), Cassie Roosa Bess (Corey), Kira, Maya & Kamran Payman. And 11 Great-grandchildren; Wyatt, Pierce, Stone, Daniel & Elizabeth Terwilliger, Lexi & Madie Tieri, Kellan & Kaiya Bess, Ryker Roosa & Kieran Lamb.

She is predeceased by her husband James P. Roosa Sr., her son James P. Roosa Jr., Siblings: Alva Roosa Jr., Dr. Jack Roosa, her twin sister Barbara Baker and William Roosa.
