Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday May 29th from 4-6 PM.

A funeral will be held Friday 10 AM at His Word Revealed.

Burial will follow in Montrepose Cemetery.

Carlos J. Rivera, Jr. 45, affectionately known as Los, passed peacefully Sunday May 25, 2025 at Hudson Valley Hospice House with his family by his side. Carlos was born June 21, 1979 to Carlos J. Rivera and late Nancy Pump-Rivera at Nyack Hospital, Nyack NY.

Carlos attended North Rockland school district until the family relocated to Kingston NY he was known as an active gamer who also loved watching sports he was an avid NY fan. Carlos last employment of 10+ yrs at WMC Health Alliance Hospital as a supervisor of environmental services who he was cared by the nurse and doctors who became his friends.

Carlos was a father, brother, uncle, and a companion to Brynn who never left his side. A family oriented man who also was a mentor for his children and kids in the community. He attended every game and concert events that his kids were involved in. Carlos was always front and center family man. He loved everybody and received the love in return.

Carlos was predeceased by his mother Nancy Pump Rivera and Maternal grandfather Fredrick Pump and grandmother Margaret Pump. Leaving to cherish his memory surviving his children, Cory and Cody Necketopoulos, Harmony Rivera, and Carlos Samuel Rivera, his godsons J'amori James Douglas and predeceased Raymond Robinson. Siblings David R. Rivera, Robert L. Rivera,and wife Melanie Sickler Justina M. Rivera and Shoshanna L. Speyer, a host of nieces and nephews family and friends.
