Carmine L. Cozza, 69, died Friday November 15, 2024 at HealthAlliance Hospital Mary's Avenue Campus. With his family at his side. Born November 22, 1954 in Kingston a son of Alberta (Petersen) Cozza and the late Ernest Cozza Sr.

Carmine was a United States Marine Corps Veteran.  He was employed as a construction inspector for NYS OGS. Prior to this he had his own construction company, providing all phases of construction. Carmine was an avid fisherman and spent many enjoyable hours on the water with his sons, brothers, and friends. Carmine held a great interest in raising birds, Gouldian finches,  ducks, and most recently chickens. He was a member of the Cairo All Variety Pigeon Club. During that time he raised and trained white homing pigeons, which he would release at weddings.

Surviving in addition to his Mother are his wife Cynthia (Hall) Cozza, Sons; Floyd E Rose, Ryan J. Cozza ( Jennifer Binney) and Jared C. Cozza. Grand children; Genevieve Cozza, Addisyn Cozza, Skylar Cozza, Harley Cozza. Siblings; Ernest Cozza Jr, and his wife Tammy, James Cozza, Cindy Hoffman and her husband John, Angela Quick and her husband Scott. God children; Shannon Critelli, Joshua Wells. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made in the form of contributions to, HealthAlliance Dialysis Center or The National Kidney Foundation.
