Catherine L. Parton, 73, of the Town Ulster died Friday March 27, 2026 at HealthAlliance Hopsital Mary's Avenue Campus. Born October 6, 1952 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late Richard "Dick" and Ethel (Rozea) Williams.
Catherine is survived by her sister Susan Dugan.
