Catherine Banks Peck

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

A funeral home service will take place on Friday at 10:00 AM.

Burial will follow at Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.

Catherine Banks Peck, 92, of Main Street Kingston died at Golden Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center on Saturday May 25, 2024. Born in Kingston June 23, 1931 she is a daughter of the late Frank and Pearl Freer Banks.

Catherine was employed by Thompson's Laundry and The Benedictine Hospital. At the age of fifteen she cared for her brother and sister. Catherine was a Home Healthcare Provider for many years. A generous woman she truly would "give the shirt off her back." She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She cherished her friendships especially with her bingo lady Dorothy Miskea, Audrey, Debbie and Joan. She was the recipient of unconditional love and companionship  from her dog Jessabell. Catherine will be missed by many who knew her.

Catherine  Leaves behind, her Children: Donna Peck Federau, Sharon Peck Sikora, Debbie Peck Pagan, and Cathy Peck (Bingo Partner), Vincent Peck and his wife Colleen. A host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren to many to name.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Vincent Peck, brothers Frank Banks Jr., Eddie Banks, sisters Brenda Banks Constable, Joan Banks DeGroat, Linda Banks Playford.

The family would like to thank the staff of Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the care that they gave mom while she was there.
