Friends will be received at the funeral home Monday May 18 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A procession will form and proceed to St Colman’s Church for A Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00pm.

Inurnment will be private in Wiltwyck Cemetery.

Of Old Flatbush Road died at HealthAlliance Hospital on Wednesday May 13, 2026.

Cheryl was born in Kingston May 24, 1947, a daughter of the late Thomas E. and Bertha (Nagy) Parker. She was a graduate of Kingston High School. She was employed for thirty eight years at New York State Developmental Services Taconic DDSO.

She is survived by her son; Ronald W. Fischang and his wife Deborah and Grandsons; Ronald J. and John T. Fischang, Aunt Phyllis Nagy, nieces Ruth Hartell, Rhonda Balcom, Jen Parker, Sue McKinney, and Pat Parker, and nephews Charlie Parker, Thomas Parker and Michael Parker and many great nephews and nieces and many cousins.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by an infant daughter; Teresa Fischang, brothers Thomas J and Brigid Parker and Ronald and Cora Parker.
