Diana Gedney

Diana Gedney, 76, of Rhinebeck NY died Wednesday March 6, 2024 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Diana was a Teachers Assistant for the Kingston City School District, where she retired from after 25 years truly enjoying helping young kids struggling with math and reading. Diana was a ferocious reader herself and her favorite author was James Patterson, the Cross series. Diana liked ceramics and loved watching her kids and grandkids play baseball in the summer. Diana loved her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren, supporting them unconditionally and without judgment in any way she could.

Diana is survived by her children, first born son David, daughter Daneen, son James, son David, daughter Valerie, and step son Frank Jr., Grandkids: Brittni, Danielle, Lydia, Magnus, JC, Deedra, Lori, Chad, Justin, Shawn, Anthony, Summer, Autumn, Lance, Ryker, Rylee, Carson, Kloee, Payton, Kannon, Damien, Erynn, Morgan, and Jocelyn Great grandkids: Kylie, Wyatt, JD, Patrick, Evelana, Emersyn, Raymond, Daniel, Amelia, Logan, Bryson, Mason, Madisyn, Baylon, Jeremiah, and Nova.

As per Diana's wishes there will be no services.
