Dolores E. Lee

Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM.

Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.

Dolores E. Lee, 92, died at her home on Tuesday April 18, 2023. Dolores was born in Sleightsburg, New York on July 4, 1930 a daughter of the late Susie (Mortimer) and Kenneth Buley.

A graduate of Kingston High School class of 1949. She married William A. Lee April 5, 1953 at The First Baptist Church Kingston. Her husband survives at home.

Dolores was an Embroider at Sky Line Manufacturing in the area garment industry. After her retirement she was bookkeeper for the Aim to Please Diner formerly located on Broadway in Kingston. She enjoyed taking one day trips, fishing, cooking and gardening.

Surviving in addition to her husband William A. Lee, are nieces Dawn Dingman and Donna Whittaker. Nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews also survive.

Her son William A. Lee, Jr. died February 9, 2019. A sister Eleanor (Buley) Menzel also predeceased her.
