Donald R. Glass Jr.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 7 PM.  A service will be held at 7 PM.

Donald R. Glass Jr. of Cairo, formerly of Kingston died Tuesday October 7, 2025 at The Hospice  Inn  Saint Peter's Hospital,  in Albany.  Born on July 17, 1956, he was a son of the late Donald Sr. and Marion (Humphrey) Glass.

Donald retired from  the City of Kingston Department of Public Works as a truck driver after many years.  He loved the New York Yankees, attending his grandchildren's sporting events and catching up on their accomplishments.  Don was an avid bowler, played darts, fished and golfed.  When he was able, he enjoyed spending time with his daughter and son in law and grandchildren.

Surviving are his daughter and son in law, Kristine and Jesse Walz;  his grandchildren, Logan and Aubree Walz, his brother, Patrick Glass and sister Ronnie Garretson.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Kathy Ann Glass,they were married in August 1979. His brother, Raymond Glass and sister, Marion Scism.
