Formerly of Wiltwyck Gardens Kingston  died at Tenbroeck Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation on Saturday May 24, 2025.
Born in Kingston August 27, 1948 she is a daughter of the late William and Eleanor (Buley) Menzel.

Donna was employed by IBM in Custodial services until retirement.

Surviving are her children; William Raphael, Susan Fleck, and James Whittaker Jr.  A sister Dawn Dingman and her husband Michael. Grandchildren; Laura, Heather, Amy and Harry Fleck, Ethan and Aiden Raphael. Great-grandchildren, Violet, Xander, and Miles,Ivy and Evee Puzio, Kenneth Whittaker Jr. and Gwen Whittaker.  She was also predeceased by one son Kenneth Whittaker Sr. two brothers, Garry and Wayne Menzel.
