It is with deep love and gratitude for her life that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Eileen A. Noble, 78, passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, leaving behind a legacy woven from moments of strength, determination, and a life lived with an unmistakable presence.

Born in Kingston, NY, she and her late husband (Douglas J. Noble) began their life together in their hometown before moving to several states as his career advanced. They ultimately spent many cherished years in Dunmore, PA, raising their three daughters, Jori Farley (John), Traci Berardelli (Robin), Shannon Strate (Dave), building friendships and creating a home. Later, they settled in Charlestown, RI, where they lived for 25 years until her husband's passing in 2019. During her final years, Eileen returned to Dunmore. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Michael, Ryan (Amanda), Melissa, Joshua (Abby), Matthew, Sean, and Melanie, and three great-grandchildren; Benjamin, Julian, and Lily. She is further survived by her sisters, Sr. Kathryn Geisel, and Joan Geuss (Joe), brother Bill Geisel, along with many nieces and nephews.

Professionally, she dedicated her life to caring for others. She began her career as a nurse, spending many years in the fast-paced and demanding environment of the emergency room, work she found deeply meaningful. She later transitioned to home health care and eventually to case management, roles that allowed her to continue advocating for patients.

Eileen and Doug traveled widely, across the country, overseas, and on many cruises. During their years in Rhode Island, they spent countless days boating and were active members of the Westerly Yacht Club. She also served on several committees, helping plan numerous events.

Her commitment to helping others extended well beyond her nursing career. She worked part time for the Catholic Church and the St. Vincent de Paul Society, coordinating services for individuals in need. This work was especially meaningful to her.

The family extends heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff of Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their unwavering commitment, support, patience, kindness, and exceptional care during our mother's journey. Their work reflects a truly special calling.

We invite you to join us as we celebrate Eileen's life and her joyful reunion with her husband, Doug, as we share stories, laughter, and memories, honoring a life defined not only by years lived, but by love given.
