Florence Rauch Howard

In accordance with Florence's wishes, there will be no services.

Florence Rauch Howard, 62, passed away Tuesday September 19, 2023. Born December 13, 1960 in Kingston, she is the daughter of the late Samuel and Evelyn (Moshier) Rauch.

Florence worked as an aide in the healthcare industry, in her earlier years she loved fishing, the being outdoors and camping.

Surviving are her children Jessie Taylor Bland and his wife Kimberly Fetty of Ulster Park,                Rosanna Rauch Salamone husband Michael of Ulster Park, a step daughter Shateya Folks of Maryland, grandchildren, Sophia, Matthias, Tristan, Dominick, Jeremiah and Maceo. A sister Linda Minkler also survives as well as many nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Johnie Howard; sisters Mary Boyce, Patricia Rauch,  Roberta Hiller,  Elizabeth Pauli predeceased her.
