Jane M. Holsapple

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, March 30th from 1-4 PM. A brief funeral service will take place at 4 PM.

Jane M. Holsapple, 73, of Woodstock passed away peacefully Tuesday March 25, 2025 at HealthAlliance Hospital: Mary's Avenue Campus. She was born December 16, 1951 in Manhattan, a daughter of the late Harold F. Garrison and Sylvia Arroyo Hoskins.

Jane retired from the accounting department at Elna Magnetics in Saugerties, but the job she was most passionate about was being a daycare provider to many children over the years. In her earlier years, she enjoyed organizing various outdoor neighborhood games. She also enjoyed bowling, reading, and family game nights. Saturday morning breakfast with family at the diner was never missed!

Her life centered around her family. Surviving is her husband of fifty-six years Robert A. Holsapple, Sr., two sons Robert A. Holsapple, Jr. and his wife Mary of Kingston, Christopher L. Holsapple and his fiancée Holly Farmer of North Carolina. Grandchildren Keira, Cassidy, Quinn, Natalie and Meredith. Sisters Susan Grider, Margaret Garrison and June Garrison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her beloved cat, "Purr".

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Ann Louise Koran.

The family would like to recognize and thank the phenomenal staff at Ten Broeck Commons and Benedictine Hospital. Their care was truly personal, genuine and compassionate, it felt as though they were caring for their own family. We are forever grateful.
