Janice M. Hatfield

Janice M. Hatfield, 85, o f Chambers Court , died at Tenbroeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Lake Katrine, New York on Saturday February 4, 2023. Born in Kingston February 10 1935 a daughter of the late David Whispell Sr. and Linda (Dederick) Whispell.

Janice was employed by The Jacobsen Shirt Factory and also a homemaker and mother. She was a member of The Ladies Auxilary of Ulster Hose Co. # 5. A former bowler in the early bird league. Janice cheated at numerous card games.

Surviving are, a son, John P. Hatfield Jr and his wife Kathleen, daughter Melissa Rigatti and her husband Eugene. Grandchildren; Connor Hatfield, Kasi Ploennigs and her husband William, Corey Kiernan and his wife Jessica, Brandon Kiernan and his wife Christina, Chelsea Hughes and her husband Allen, Dalton Rigatti and his wife Codi, Branden Rigatti his fiance Summer Girard, and Dusten Bennett. Five great granddaughters. Sisters, Barbara Lattrell, JoAnn Malloy, Jacqueline Wurster. Nieces and nephews also survive. Her husband John P. Hatfield Sr, daughters Tanya and Dara and siblings Gertrude Henderson, Linda Todd, Nancy Kloss ,Patricia Richters Irving, Robert and David Whispell predeceased her.
