Family and friends will be received for memorial visitation on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

A funeral home service will take place at 4:00 PM.

Jeffrey A. Boughton, 65, of Lake Katrine died Thursday January 21, 2025 suddenly at home. Born August 11, 1959 he was the son of the late Arthur and Marie Boughton.

Jeffrey was an avid gun collector who knew anything there was to know about guns. He enjoyed spending time with his sweetheart Marie, especially going away to Lake George and to the casinos, as they did often. He adored his cat Princess (Puss Puss)(Baby Cat) whom he had many different names for.

Jeffrey is survived by his sweetheart Marie Eigo whom they have been together for eleven years. Sister Donna Carney (FL), brothers Robert (Newburgh) and Dennis (CA). His son Christopher Boughton. Grandchildren Tyler Grant and Mykenzie Boughton and former wife Denise Boughton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jeffrey is predeceased by his son Timothy Boughton whom he is joining in heaven now. Also by his brothers Peter and Butch Holmes, Vincent (Red), Doug (Mike) and Greg (Joe).

Jeff was a casual laid back kinda guy. The family requests to come casual for visitation. Jeff would want jeans and sweatshirts preferred.
