Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church Kingston on Monday July 13, at 12:00 noon. 

Friends may visit at the church 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.

 Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery.

John Leo "Jack" Smith

Of Neighborhood Road Lake Katrine, New York died at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Poughkeepsie on Monday July 6,2026.

He was ninety three years of age.Surviving are two daughters; Claudia Jones and Kathleen Smith. Two sons; William Smith and Thomas Smith. His wife Joan Machione and her family. Two grandaughters and two grandsons. A sister; Elisabeth (Beth) Smith of Colorado.

Flowers are welcome. An expression of sympathy may be made in the form of a contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a cause that is meaningful to the donor.
