Juanita Lent

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

A funeral home service will take place at 1:30 PM.

Burial will follow at Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.

Juanita Lent, 88, of The Villages Florida, formerly of W. Chestnut Street died Wednesday March 13, 2024. Born February 22, 1936 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late George and Olive (Craig) Baxter.

Juanita worked in the garment industry and at the pocketbook factory. She worked locally at the Thrift Shop at Salvation Armory. She enjoyed antiquing, yard sales and was an excellent gardener.

She is survived by her daughter Toni Persico and her husband Garry, her brothers George Baxter and Robert Baxter and his wife Darlene.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband William E. Lent (2008), her grandson Joshua Persico (2011) and her sister Ora Boughton.
