Julia D. Felter

Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A service will be held at 1:00 pm.

Burial will follow in St Mary's Cemetery.

Julia D. Felter of Sherman Street Kingston died at HealthAlliance Hospital on Friday October 18, 2024. Born in Kingston May 31, 1943. She was 81 years old. Julia was the daughter of the late Ralph H. and Mary T. (Naccarato) Cole.

Julia was employed in the area garment industry. She retired from Lunch at The Ritz as a jewelry maker.

Her free time was filled with crafts, shopping, sewing and watching the Yankees.

Surviving are, one daughter; Valerie Felter, two sons; Eddie Felter (Barb Engle), Russ Felter (Holly Raskoskie). Her husband; Edward Felter. Grandchildren,  Alysha Raskoskie, Xena Felter, Ashly Felter, Kaylee Felter, (Nestin Orellana), Russell Felter Jr, Evan Felter, Savannah Felter. greatgrandchildren; Prestyn Oquendo, Nestin and Selene Orellana. Also surviving is her former daughter in law, Sarah Herring, her children; Bryce Short, Kenric Herring  and granddogs and grand kitty's.

She was predeceased by a daughter Kim Felter and two brothers; Ronald and Ralph Cole.
