June Woolsey-Crispell

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

A funeral home service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM Rev. Nick Miles will officiate.

Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.

June Woolsey-Crispell, 92, of the Town of Ulster died Friday February 17, 2023 at TenBroeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Born February 28, 1930 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late Leroy T. and Arelia (Burger) Lasher.

June worked as a bookkeeper for United Pharmacy which at one time was located uptown Kingston. She was also employed as a head of housekeeping at the Howard Johnson's Motor Inn in Kingston and then Medrex in Port Ewen. Previously she ironed shirts and did laundry for local Kingston Professionals such as doctors, lawyers and businessmen.

June is survived by her children Vincent Woolsey, Randy Woolsey and his wife Lori, Anna Schulz, Kathleen Rose and her husband Anthony, Chris Woolsey and June Rizzo. Her brother Ralph Lasher, nineteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Kenneth John Woolsey in 1976, 2nd husband Lewis J. Crispell in 2009, her son Kenneth William Woolsey, and sister Etta Koeppen died previously.
