Lisa-Ann Krusher

Lisa-Ann (Clemens) Krusher, age 56, of Kingston, N.Y. peacefully passed away on June 2, 2026.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Lisa graduated from Madison High School. Before moving to Kingston, N.Y., Lisa worked at Ices Queen, Alexander’s, and Neponsit Health Care Center where she found a passion for helping elderly and disabled people. Lisa earned her CNA license and worked at Ten Broeck Commons in Lake Katrine for many years, then transitioned to home health-care work. Her last work position was as an assembler of fans for the military at AMETEK Rotron in Woodstock. She took pride in her work and helping those in need.

Lisa deeply loved her family and friends and was happiest spending time with them. She had a special ability to lighten any mood and make everyone feel safe and welcome. She somehow managed to keep in touch with people from all over the country and from different periods of life.

Her musical taste was truly eclectic, from ’80s hair bands and heavy metal to country, pop, and horrorcore. Back in the 90’s, she even attended Woodstock. Lisa enjoyed true crime books, fictional crime TV shows, and horror movies. While watching TV or listening to music, she enjoyed assembling Lego sets and making paracord bracelets and keychains.

Aunt Li-Li (lovingly called by her niece and nephew) liked playing board games with family and friends, even during COVID when it had to be on Facebook Messenger. The point for her wasn’t to win, but to spend time with others. As a bonding activity with her niece, Jessica, they would bake cookies and bravely ventured into making fudge. Believing not all those who wander are lost, Lisa enjoyed going on long drives to nowhere with others, while singing off-key to music, and finding different routes back home.

Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Clemens, and father, Henry Clemens. She leaves behind her loving husband of 18 years, Karl Krusher, womb-mate (and shorter) sister, Patti-Ann Monz, younger brother, Robert Clemens (Tori Clemens), and youngest (professor from Cali) brother, Christopher Clemens (Loranth Otvos). Lisa also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, including Jessica Couillard-Monz (Kristina Couillard-Monz), Bryan Monz, R.J. Clemens, Samuel Clemens, and Lilli Williams, among many loving family and friends.
