A funeral home service will take place on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.

Lottie C. Cooper, 65, of Saugerties died Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born February 24, 1958 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late John L. White and Lottie Cooper.

Lottie worked as a housekeeper for various hotels in the Kingston area. She loved spending time with her family, and she enjoyed baking and listening to country music.

Lottie is survived by her partner Ralph E. Flouton, her daughter Lottie Michael and brother John L. White and his wife Elizabeth. Grandchildren Dominic Michael Sr. and Brittni Michael, great-grandchildren Silver McCormick, Neveah Michael and Dominic Michael Jr. Nieces, Kristina White and Amanda Duquette also survive.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sisters Darlene May White and Mary Jane White.
