We sadly announce the passing of our beloved Luca on  Sunday July 20, 2025 at Westchester County Medical Center Mt. Pleasant New York. He came into our lives with his birth June 13, 2025. At HealthAlliance Hospital Kingston, NY.

We appreciate all the prayers and positive energy sent to our family in this trying time. Luca spent a short time here but was loved by so many people.

We ask that everyone keep Olivia in their prayers, as we know Luca is holding her hand and helping her stay strong.

Luca will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. Every gust of the wind or visit from our friends in nature reminds us that he embraces us as much as we do him.

He is survived by his mommy and daddy Justine Avery and Justin Hubbard. His twin sister Olivia and siblings: Damir, Alana, Melody, Isabella, Kyrie, and Zoey. Grandparents: Lori, Brian, Bruce, Tina, Luther, Lenny, and Kathy,  Great grandparents: Gail and Larry, and many Aunts and Uncles also survive.
