Margaret Ann "Peggy" Bel l, 67, of Atlanta, GA, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024. Born on June 3, 1957, in Kingston, NY, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa Conlin.

Peggy was a proud graduate of Kingston High School, class of 1975, where she excelled in athletics, showcasing her love for sports. She went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business & Management. Peggy eventually relocated to Georgia to be closer to her daughter and grandson, both of whom she adored, while always keeping close ties with her friends and family in New York and across the country.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Kimberly Bell; grandson, Tyler Hines; and great-grandson, Colton. Peggy also leaves behind her sisters, Linda Horowitz, Mary Allen, and Teri Bouck; her brothers, Timmy and Brian Conlin; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Conlin Jr., and her sister, Cathleen Halbert.

Peggy will be remembered for her warm heart, vibrant personality, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
