The Columbiettes Of Council 4536 will hold their Ritual Sunday at 3pm.
A funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Monday, January 5 9:45 AM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM at St. Joseph's Church in Glasco.
Mary D. Mayone , 95 years young, of Main Street Saugerties died Monday, December 29, 2025 at HealthAlliance Hospital:Mary's Avenue Campus. She was born on January 31, 1930 in Connelly, New York. She is the daughter of the late John E. and Mary D. (Scherer) Pardee.
Mary was employed by Ferroxcube, Saugerties School District and the Parish of St. John's in Centerville. She was a member of the Saugerties Senior Citizens with whom she enjoyed traveling. She was also highly involved with the Columbiettes of Saugerties. Mary enjoyed line dancing, animals, reading, puzzles and card games. She was passionate about her family, playing games with her friends, and was well known as a practical jokester. She was creative and musically inclined; having taught herself to play the piano, organ and ukulele. She was also highly talented at crocheting and knitting. She was generous, talented and kind.
Surviving is her son Ralph Mayone Jr.,daughter Frances Buono, grandchildren Gabriel and his wife Sondra, Damien and his wife Marcie, and Matthew and his wife Michelle. Six great grandchildren Chayce, Samuel, Lucas, Sophia, Marcello and Isabella. And also her cat, Miss Kitty!
Her husband Ralph Mayone, Sr., a daughter Deborah Ann Mayone and siblings Edward Pardee, Thelma Avery, Elsie Koskie, and Gertrude McArdle as well as many nieces and nephews all predeceased her.
Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made in the form of contributions to Ulster County SPCA.
