Family and friends will be received at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, 27 Smith Ave., Kingston on Tuesday from 1:00 – 3:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

A funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:00 AM.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Saint Joseph's Church.

Burial will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Mary T. Mayone, 71, of Foxhall Ave., Kingston passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 20, 2023.

A lifelong Kingston resident, she was a daughter of the late John Ray and Janet Ruth Cahill Mayone, Jr. Mary graduated Kingston High School, class of 1970. She was an account clerk for Ulster County Mental Health for 19 years. Mary loved to play at area casinos.

Loving sister of Michael J. Mayone and his wife Marilyn of Kingston and the late John R. Mayone Jr., Kathleen "Sissy" Mayone and Edward T. Mayone; aunt of Jennifer Mayone Potter and her husband Kevin of Greenfield Center, Daniella Mayone of Clifton Park, Jodie Mayone Powers and her husband Bill of Mechanicsville. Close friend of Connie Falcone, Diane Paradies, Michelle Raskoskie, Francine Hylton and Lori German.

Special gratitude to the staff at Hudson Valley Hospice for their compassionate support and gentle care of Mary. Memorial contributions may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Villalobos Rescue Center, New Orleans.
