Milena Sheri Pagano

The Pagano family will receive their friends at the funeral home on Monday June 19th from 3-7 PM.

A funeral procession will form Tuesday 10 AM at the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM at St. Joseph's Church.

Milena Sheri Pagano, of Hurley passed away peacefully Monday June 12, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. Milena was born on July 26, 1993 in Kingston, a daughter of Antonino "Nino" and Sheri Pagano.

Milena is the heart of this family, she loves spending time with her family and close friends.  Milena was affectionately known to her close family and friends as "Oobie". Milena will always put a smile on your face. She has a beautiful soul and her energy lights up the room.  She loves to travel, especially to the beach.

Milena's consistent support of others will be a heartwarming reminder to all of her friends and family.  Even after her diagnosis of cancer at seventeen, she never wavered at being "the friend " who could be relied on.  Whether it was planning a wedding shower, baby shower,  birthday, anniversary, or special event. She put her heart and soul in to making it special for others, even when she was feeling sick.  Milena's cancer never slowed her compassion for others, or her loving spirit. Oobie will forever hold a special place in our hearts ❤️!

Surviving in addition to her parents are her siblings DiMara and Antonio Pagano, grandparents Angelina Pagano and pre deceased Luciano Pagano, pre deceased Aileen and Donald Slater.  Aunts and Uncles Carmelo and Nicole Pagano, Mariella and Joseph LoBianco.  Cousins Madison and Olivia Pagano, Anthony, Aidan, Alanna LoBianco,  Alexandria (Frankie) Klepeis. God son Lincoln James Becker and her name sake Callie Milena Klepeis also survive.

The family is so thankful to Dr. Diane Reidy-Lagunes, Dr. Deleo, Donna Siegel and the staff together, who gave us so many more years with Milena. Their unwavering care and kindness kept us together in the hardest times.
