Patricia A. (Brooks) Lasher

Patricia A. (Brooks) Lasher, 77, of Kingston passed away Saturday March 30, 2024 at TenBroeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. She was born November 24, 1946 in Catskill, she is the daughter of the late Bertran and Catherine (White) Brooks.

Pat worked for thirty eight years in the Saugerties Central School District, primarily at Mt. Marion Elementary. After her retirement, she worked as a secretary for an additional ten years. She loved yard work and gardening. Pat took great pride in her yard and gardens and spent every moment she could outside. A lover of all animals, especially squirrels, Pat would feed and care for any creature that wandered into her yard.

Surviving is her brother Robert Brooks and his wife Debbie of Mt. Marion, nieces and nephews Robert Brooks, Jr., Shannon Breuer, Kelly Habernig, Steven Brooks as well as other nieces, nephews and cousins. Great nieces Brianna, Baylee, Rachel, Taylor, Maddalyn Brooks and Maggie Habernig also survive as well as Pat's canine companion Daisy. Pat's family would like to thank her many friends such as Nurse Terry Reynolds, and Tony Manley and especially her neighbors who cared for Pat like she was family. Carol, Steve, Kenny,Gina, and Mark. So many friends (too many to name)she loved you all!!!

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Vincent Lasher and her brother Gary W. Brooks.
