Patricia R. Van Loan, 63, of the Town of Ulster died Sunday June 1, 2025 at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born March 26, 1962 in Kingston she was the daughter of Maureen (Hickey) Van Loan and the late Edward F. Van Loan.

Patricia was a graduate of Coleman High School Class of 1980. She worked for the United States Postal Service as a clerk and was previously employed at Deising's Bakery. She was a devoted mother. Her favorite things were going to the movies, completing puzzles and attending each baseball game and concert for her children.

In addition to her mother Maureen (Hickey) Van Loan she is survived by her son's father Robert McDonough children Daniel McDonough, his wife Amy, and David McDonough. Her siblings Christine Prehn (John), Edward V. Van Loan, James Van Loan (Doreen) and Gerard Van Loan (Katherine). Many nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her father she was predeceased by her sisters Leslie Banks and Mary C. Van Loan.
