Patricia G. Waters, 68, of Kingston died Tuesday August 11, 2026 at home. She was born August 5, 1958 in Brooklyn, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Bartley) Waters.
Patricia worked as a bookkeeper in Brooklyn, prior to her disability.
Surviving is her son Gerard Waters, brother George Waters and a sister Mary Ellen Waters.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Eileen Waters.
