Paul "Sike" Degraff

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

A funeral home service will be held at 7:00 PM.

Cremation will be held privately.

Paul "Sike" DeGraff, 80, of the Town of Ulster died Sunday October 8, 2023. Born November 24, 1942 in Kingston he was the son of the late Samuel and Vonda (Stopczynski) DeGraff.

Sike was a heavy equipment operator for Callanan Industries over 40 years.  He was an avid Nascar/race fan with a passion for working on cars and recently restored a 1957 Chevy Bel-Air.  He was just inducted into the Accord Speedway Hall of Fame in August, 2023.  Enjoyed visits, FaceTime and chats on the phone from his grandchildren. His best of times were at the garage, spending quality time with his brothers and "what happens in the garage stays in the garage."

Paul is survived by his children; John "Jack" Grant, Paula Dravecky and her husband Frankie, and Paul "Sike" DeGraff Jr. and his fiancée Tammy Glover. Siblings; Arthur DeGraff, Samuel DeGraff and Theodore DeGraff and his wife Patricia. Grandchildren; John Grant Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Alyssa Paige, Jordyn Paige, Kylie Dinoris and her husband Anastasios, Maxwell Farber, Cori Dravecky and Nick Dravecky.  Great-grandchildren Joshua and Josalynn Grant and Andonis Dinoris as well as many nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Patricia (Jansen) DeGraff, siblings Walter DeGraff, Lillian Monaghan and Patricia Gallo.
