Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

A funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:00 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at Saint Joseph's Church at 10:00 AM.

Burial will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Peter F. Mills "Pete The Mailman", 72, of The Town of Ulster died Thursday July 20th, 2023 at Health Alliance Hospitals Mary's Avenue Campus. Born January 1st, 1951 in Kingston. He was the son of the late Thomas J. and Mary C. (Ruskie) Mills.

Peter graduated SUNY Ulster and attended SUNY Potsdam. He was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service in Kingston. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He also adored his family and friends.

Peter is survived by his wife of fifty years Dianne (Norton) Mills, his daughter Kelly A. Mills, his son Christopher B. Mills (Mackenzie Celuch), and sister Judy Fiumarello and her husband Thomas.

In addition to his parents he was pre deceased by his brother Robert Mills.
