Phil was employed for many years with IBM traveling all over the US troubleshooting computer issues. He was a member of IBM's Quarter Century Club and spent time in England working with IBM as well. He made many longtime friends at IBM and was known for his humor and quick wit. Phil was predeceased by the love of his life, Alice (Brown) Naccarato and a son, Keith Naccarato.

He is survived by his brother Jim Naccarato and his wife Annie who were always there for him, his children Bret Naccarato and wife Connie, Debbie Bango and her husband Gary, and Mark Naccarato and his husband Dave. Phil is also survived by one grandson, Kevin Bango, who is a Marine, and made his "Poppie" so proud. Also survived by his beautiful granddaughter, Kelly Bango.  Phil's son's (Keith Naccarato's) fiancée, Mary Lou Chatterton, and special cousin, Christine Beesmer and husband Gary also survives along with multiple cousins, nieces and their families. Also survived by brother-in-law Robert Brown and his wife, Mary.  Deb Fisher was a close friend and caregiver of Phil for the last ten years and she will miss him terribly as he always made her laugh at his jokes.
