Quentin Lake

Quentin Lake a beloved brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2025. He was born on February 27, 1948. He will be deeply missed by the staff and residents of the Cedar Ridge Ira, where he called home.

Quentin is survived by his brother Jay "Barry" Lake and nieces and nephews. His parents, Lillian and Neville Lake, brothers Kieth and Bruce lake preceded him in death.

Quentin was a beloved member of our community; he was referred to as "The King" at times from his preferred staff  Shedlyn. Quentin was known for his bright smile and he loved relaxing in his recliner and listening to music under a comfy and cozy blanket. He brought joy and laughter to everyone he met, and his presence will be greatly missed.

The staff at Cedar Ridge provided Quentin with love, care, and support throughout his time there. He will always be remembered for his curiosity and strong determined nature. Quentin may not have been able to express himself in words, but his smile and gestures spoke volumes about his kind and gentle soul. He will always be remembered as a shining light in our lives.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Quentin's family and loved ones during this difficult time. Many cherished memories of Quentin bring comfort and peace to all who knew him. Rest in peace, Quentin. You will be deeply missed.
