Raymond C. Williams

Inurnment at Benton Barr Cemetery with military honors will be held Thursday July 9th 11 AM at Benton-Bar Cemetery in Kyserike.

Raymond C. Williams, 74, longtime area resident died Tuesday June 30, 2026 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kingston. He was born November 8, 1951 in Kingston, a son of the late Earl and Charlotte (Lowe) Williams.

Ray served our country in the United States Army during Vietnam. He worked for many years for New York State Department of Transportation. He was a member of the American Legion Post 1748 Lake Katrine.

Surviving is his brother Thomas Williams and his wife Deborah of Baltic, CT and his brother Franklyn W. Williams, Roseville, CA, nieces Alissa and Nicole. He is also survived by his good friend Thomas Long.
