Steven W. Dawson, 63, of Mt. Marion passed away at home on Saturday April 27, 2024. He was born February 6, 1961 in Miami, Florida a son of the late Robert James Dawson, I and Janice Marie Dawson.

Steven worked for SAM's Club in Kingston for many years until his retirement this last September. He loved the Redskins, American Eagles, Black Panthers, NCIS New Orleans, M*A*S*H, and music. He was always a nice guy to everyone, with the occasional wise-remark to put a smile on your face. He made great memories with his family that will never be forgotten.

Surviving is his wife Diane Dawson, children Christina Jernigan and husband Alan, Elizabeth Cohen and husband Jon, and Jesse Dawson. Grandchildren Megan, Wil and wife Kristina, Collin, and Andy Jernigan, Jacob, Taelor, and Jaeden Lemieux. Great grandchildren Anakin Lemieux and Oliver Jernigan. A sister Jacqueline Roman and husband Alex and Thomas Dawson as well as nieces and nephews survive.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Robert James Dawson, II and sister in law Patricia Dawson.
