Susan Grega

Susan E. Grega, 75, passed away Saturday August 15, 2026 at Westchester Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1951 in Poughkeepsie a daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Griffin) Fitzpatrick.

Susan was a kind, loving and selfless woman. She would do anything for anyone. Susan was a bus driver for over 30 years, she truly loved her job. Susan was very close to her family, she wanted nothing more than to spend as much time as possible with them. Susan was an animal lover and there was a special place in her heart for her dog Stella. Everyone who knew her knew her one true favorite place was Dairy Queen. She also enjoyed watching football and baseball and was a NY Jets and Yankees fan.

Surviving are her children Thomas Grega and his wife Sherri, Lisa Grega, Jennifer Grega and Scott Grega. Grandchildren Andrew, William, Lakin, Shawn, Chrissy, Jakob and Emma. Two sisters Karen Doughty and Laura Powell as well as nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Dennis Fitzpatrick.
