Visitation will be at the Leahy Funeral Home on Friday March 31st from 4-7 PM.

A funeral procession will form at the funeral home 9AM Saturday April 1st.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM at St. Colman's Church in East Kingston.

Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Thomas M. Clausi of Prairieville, Louisiana died Friday March 24, 2023. Born in Kingston, NY March 12, 1943, he was the son of Dominick Thomas Clausi and Ella Guido Clausi, both deceased. His beloved wife of 49 years, the former Karen Rose Coffey, died February 17, 2019 in Prairieville, LA.

He is survived by his son, Dominic T. Clausi, daughter-in-law, Rebecca L. Broussard Clausi, and their two children Alexis Rose Clausi and Anna Camille Clausi, his daughter Gina Maria Clausi Braun, son-in-law, Nathan Braun and their two children, Colette Marie Braun and Anthony Patrick Braun, his sister, Susan Clausi de Roos and her husband Johan de Roos. Mr. Clausi is also survived by one aunt, Ann Guido McCloskey, and many cousins.

A graduate of Kingston High School, he held a BS in Chemical Engineering from NC State University and worked in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in various locations until his retirement in 2000.

Per Mr. Clausi's instructions, no flowers please. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
