A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM at Saint Joseph's Church.

Thomas J. Reis, 73, of Kingston died Saturday March 30, 2024 at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born December 5, 1950 in Kingston he was the son of the late Harold and Patrice (McGinty) Reis.

Thomas was a graduate of Kingston High School ('69) and went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology ('73). As the proprietor of Reis Tax Service, Tom was a knowledgeable resource for the greater Kingston area. For anyone who knew Reisy personally, you'd also know he would give you the shirt off his back… but no one wanted to see that. So nobody asked.

An avid golfer, Tom never took it too seriously and often enjoyed the 19th hole more than the round itself. You could also find him enjoying a Sunday Jets game, a bike ride about town, or his favorite, road trips to Maine to be with family and friends.

Tom is survived by his son Thomas H. Reis and his wife Stacey, daughter Jessica Warrick and her husband Jerome. Grandchildren Sophie Warrick, Jackson and Charlotte Reis. Siblings; Maripat Brady and her husband Paul, Terrence Reis, Laura Papini and her husband Al and Sheri Borgeson. His sister in law Agnes "Cookie" Reis, former wife Cathy Reis as well as many nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Donald Reis and brother-in-law Bill Borgeson.
