Thomas H. Smith Jr., 66, of Prospect Street Kingston, died at HealthAlliance Hospital on Monday May 27, 2024. Born in Kingston June 30, 1957 he is a son of the late Thomas H. Smith Sr. and Charlotte (Ellsworth) Smith.

Tom was employed as the former Superintendent of St. Mary's Cemetery in Kingston.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth "Betty" (Bell) Smith. Two sons, Charles Smith and his wife Lisa, Shawn Smith, a daughter, Cindy Smith. His siblings, Gloria Ostrander, John Smith, Robin Lyons, Bonnie Godfrey, Kathy Longhi and Brenda Crane.  His extended family includes two nieces that he raised with Betty, Kaia Young , Destynee Duncan. Also, Domonike Parker. Thirteen grandchildren many other nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
