Tracey Lynn (Sickler) Berthiaume, 58 , of Kingston, NY, died on August 23, 2024, at Hudson Valley Hospice House.
Tracey was born in Kingston, NY on May 31, 1966, to Michael R. and Loretta J. (Ellsworth) Sickler of Ulster Park, NY. She attended Kingston High School and graduated in 1984. She worked at Iron Mountain for 29 years and was proud of the work she did there.
She loved reading, diamond bead art, Winnie the Pooh and Precious Moments. She also loved going to Air Supply concerts. Tracey didn't always wear her heart on her sleeve, but those closest to her knew what a sensitive and caring heart she had. Even through her most trying months of illness and discomfort, Tracey was laser-focused on her family's needs more than her own. She worried about them and every decision she made was motivated by how she could support them through this difficult season.
In addition to her parents, Tracey is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mark Berthiaume; three children, Andrew, Megan and Robert Berthiaume; close family friend Ginny Lockwood, all of Kingston, NY; as well as many other relatives and friends who loved and will miss her very much.
She is predeceased by her sister, Amanda Warncke, and her aunts Alleda Ellsworth and Kathryn Minard.
At Tracey's request, donations in her name may be made to the Volunteer Fireman's Museum, PO Box 1501, Kingston, NY 12402.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of Hudson Valley Hospice House for their genuine care and support in Tracey's final days.
