Victoria P. Cooper, 37, died Thursday January 16, 2025. Born June 16, 1987 in Kingston, she was the daughter of Sharon (Conormon) Cooper and the late Naylor Cooper.

Victoria enjoyed being with her children, whether it was a movie night home or a day out swimming.  With the ability to light up the room she was frequently the center of attention that was loved by all she touched.  She loved spending time on the beach and collecting sea shells. She also had a fond love for her dolphins and music.  At the end of every day, it was her family and her sons that meant the most to her.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Nelson Williams, her three sons Nelson Williams Jr., Jonathan Williams, and Jesse Williams, a stepdaughter Heather Williams. Her brother Mickey Shuman as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
