Wayne K. Harding, Sr.

Wayne K. Harding, Sr., 72, of Kingston died Monday August 5, 2024 at HealthAlliance Hospital:Mary's Avenue Campus in Kingston. He was born September 7, 1951 in Kingston, a son of the late Henry and Laura (Banks) Harding.

Wayne worked as an Operating Engineer for Local 825. He was also a welder and fabricator, mostly for Feeney Shipyard, but also for Tilcon, New York. Wayne enjoyed trains and model locomotives and sharing this hobby with is son and grandchildren. He also enjoyed his muscle cars, boating, and woodworking.

Surviving is his wife of forty eight years Debra Harding, a son Wayne Harding, Jr. Grandchildren Darin DeMatteo, Dustin Harding, Dylan Harding, Emma Harding one great grandson Tomi. Siblings Joe Sauers and Constance Flynn. Nieces and nephews also survive.

A sister Beatrice Sauers Alexander and a brother Arthur Schiskey predeceased him.
